Stress

There are few people who do not suffer from the stress caused by today’s hectic life

We feel stressed when we fear that we will not be able to cope with a situation or event.  This increases stress is anxiety and/or fear of the imminent loss of our resources.

Together we will analyze stressors in the present (co-workers/employers, overloads, marriage/divorce/discharge, parents to care for, etc.) with the goal of guiding you in developing strategies for living with and/or, surviving and/or overcoming stress.
