Work method
- We work with a systemic-relational approach (Watzlawik, 1980; Quadrino, 2009; Piroli, 2009), i.e., we do not offer our clients prefabricated “package solutions,” but develop together with the client solutions that encourage him to self-determination with the aim of giving him all the tools necessary to deal with future problems and crises on his own
- Our working tool is mainly communication (verbal and nonverbal) (Potter& Wetherell, 1987) and we see it as a tool for problem therapy
- Through communication analysis, we are able to develop appropriate intervention tools that improve the well-being of the organization and enable us to counsel and coach the personal development of our clients
- Coaching is conducted on an individual level or in small groups, up to a maximum of five people. The smaller the group, the more efficient and stimulating the working atmosphere
- We offer our counseling in Italian, German and English.
